Foreign Language Program Instructors

WOW currently seeks instructors to teach both Spanish and French classes (one hour per week for an eight week session) at a Norfolk-based elementary school and through private contracts at various locations throughout the Hampton Roads area.

WOW Language School hires instructors to teach in both its Elementary Foreign Language Program and its Custom Language Program and always welcomes resumes from qualified and experienced language teachers. Minimum qualifications include:

• Native or near-native proficiency in the language
• Training in communicative teaching methods
• Demonstrable experience teaching language in classroom setting
• Ability to work within the established WOW curriculum and to supplement these learning objectives with original and creative teaching materials
